Culinary Track
Young chefs as they learn to safely prepare delicious, plant-based snacks using fresh ingredients, while exploring global flavors, nutrition, and teamwork to create their own original recipes for the final competition. By the end of the program, each student proudly presents their unique dish, ready to impress judges and peers alike.
TV Production Track
Students learn the production side of fimin our Cooking compettions and local community events. THey will learn studio and field work.

GrowLab: Hydroponics
Transforms community spaces into living classrooms for learning hydroponic farming. Participants grow fresh produce indoors year-round, combining technology, nutrition, and sustainability.

Journalist & Documentary Series
A multimedia storytelling program that trains young journalists and filmmakers to document food justice stories across communities. Participants learn to write, film, and edit short documentaries that highlight local heroes tackling food insecurity.Interviewing chefs, farmers, and activists. Public screenings and community dialogues
Community Health Coach Training
A certification program training community members to become Health Coaches. Coaches help families with plant-based nutrition, fitness, and wellness habits that prevent chronic illness.
